Underwear subscription for women in the netherlands

FAQ

  • SlipIn is an underwear subscription-based service for women. Every month you will be receiving one new slip until cancelled.

    The design of each month’s slip is a surprise, however we maintain the same slip shape and a common aesthetic for each piece.

  • You will receive a mailbox that includes a hand-selected piece of underwear, namely a slip.

  • You cannot customise your order.

    You can, however, always change the selected size, payment method or shipping address. For that, please, go to Account on the top menu. Follow the steps to Log in and you will see your account overview.

    In case you have specific preferences for the slips’ style — please, fill in the contact form. We will study the feedback and apply the changes when possible.

  • You can fill in the contact form or reach out directly via info@slipin.eu.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew on the date of your first purchase. Let’s say you ordered your first box on the 10th of the running month — we will automatically charge you for the second box on the 10th of the following month.

    Please, note: changes or cancellations must be made prior to your renewal date.

  • Shipments for the running month occur twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays. Our delivery provider is PostNL, and the shipment time normally takes 2-3 business days.

  • Please, reach out to us via info@slipin.eu as soon as possible — we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • You can access your account by clicking Account on the top menu. If you are unable to log in — please, send a request via the contact form.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew on the date of your first purchase using the payment method selected initially.

    Let’s say you ordered your first box on the 10th of the running month — we will automatically charge you for the second box on the 10th of the following month.

    The payment method can always be updated via Account > Payment.

  • We would hate to have you cancel your subscription — let us know how we can make it right! Our customer service team is available at info@slipin.eu and would love to help you:

    • Locate a missing package

    • Update your information

    • Handle returns

    • Skip a month (or more) of deliveries if you need

    • Anything else you can think of

    You can cancel your subscription anytime via Account > Subscriptions > Cancel Subscription.

    If you cancel after your subscription has renewed, that renewal will be your final delivery. 

  • To update your shipping address, please, go to your Account > Address.

  • No. SlipIn operates only within the Netherlands.

    If you would like to receive our subscription service in your country — please, fill in the contact form and we will make a note of the demand for future. You’ll be notified first ;)

  • SlipIn offers free delivery. This means that we do not charge shipping fees.

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is defective or not as described. To initiate the return, please contact us via info@slipin.eu indicating your order number and a description of the defect or discrepancy. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
